yes it does work, although I’m not quite sure how. I lost 10 podnus following it the way it’s suppose to be followed (all protein initially for 2 weeks, then gradually increase carbs). However, I found it hard to eat large amounts of protein (and all the meat, eggs, etc., was getting expensive). Finally, it’s not a diet that you can adopt as a lifestyle. It’s easier to eat whatever you like and just count calories and stop at your daily limit to create a calorie deficit.
