  • I want to lose weight to reduce heart problems
  • When I will lose weight I will be more comfortable going to the beach
  • With reduced weight I will fill more confident
  • I want to reduce weight to improve my sexual life
  • When I lose weight I will fit lots of nice clothes and any other motivation that make you work harder to achieve your goal
